Paint Like a ROCKstar

Paint like a ROCKstar is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children in hospitals to create, explore and dream through art.  Rock Demarco, celebrity painter, loves to get children excited about Art by teaching them how to paint like a Rock Star.  The Paint like a ROCKstar philosophy is the opposite of conventional art, from the black background to the paint flying in the air.  Everything about this art is wild and edgy.  The moto at Paint like a ROCKstar is “Paint it Loud”. We take peaceful serene relaxing art and crank up the volume.  We teach children how to take their favorite iconic character and splash them on a canvas.  We show kids how to create art that gets them excited.  Our technique teaches children how to be that master painter that is inside all of us. We want to show children they can accomplish anything, or overcome any situation, if they put their mind to it.  During the process, we want to have fun, and help them forget why they are in a hospital.  Art is our passion, and we want to help children, especially the ones going through a hard time, to use art as an outlet to express themselves,
